This is the fourth novel in the “Young Brothers” series. Back in the 1800s in England, the wealthy Young brothers (Rhys, Christian, and Sebastian) thought their beloved baby sister, Elizabeth, had died. As humans they had attended her funeral. Little did they know a band of grave-robbing werewolves would open her grave, find her still barely alive, and then turn her. When she returned home her brothers were gone, and the family estate was now owned by a relative. She had no idea her brother...more
Finally, an author has written an exceptional werewolf romance with an unyielding female as its lead. Kathy Love's My Sister is a Werewolf is loosely connected to her other series featuring three vampire brothers; this story is about their baby sister, an intelligent and loving woman who wants to be "normal," which means being human.
Elizabeth Young is a centuries old werewolf who relocated to Shady Fork, West Virginia after reuniting with her three brothers. Elizabeth lost...more

When I first heard about the fourth book in the Young Brothers series, I was really confused as to how there could be when there are only 3 brothers and all the way through the first 3 books the brothers believe their sister to be dead.
However I loved the twist in the story, not only is she alive and reunited with her family she is also a werewolf.
Elizabeth escaped from her pack a long time ago,...more

The whole book starts out with a girl who is upset because she has to go trolling the local bar because she is a wolf and basically in heat. I guess the good news is it could only get better. It did, is the good news. For those who like noncomplicated steamy reads that are totally predictable and have easy outs, this is for you. Was it horrible, no. It just reminded me of the throbbing members, but I really don't normally do that kind of thing and Oh we just aren't right for each other but ...more
I absolutely loved this fourth novel in Kathy Love's Young sibling novels. The first three novels follow Elizabeth's vampire brothers. She had thought they were dead and reunited with them in book 3. In this book, we learn how she became a werewolf and watch her romance with Jensen, a vet.
This book is filled with humor and if you're looking for a good laugh, then this is the book for you. The romance between the characters is well-developed. My one real complaint is the ending of the b...more

This is book #4 in the Young Brothers saga, and due to challenges I've read this one first. You don't need to read them in order as the brothers and their wives only make a small appearance in this story, and let's face it you know the other books are pnr and they are gonna have a happy ending.
So, this story is about Elizabeth, the werewolf in question, and she is going into heat as the book opens. She spies a likely looking fellow, Jensen Adler, the local vet, at her brothers bar and ...more

OMG!!!! I love this series!! It's a shame that there are only four books to this series, cause it was AWESOME!!!!!
This story follows the long lost sister Elizabeth aka Lizzie. She moved from New York to Shady Forks to hang with her Bro Christian and find a cure to her "illness" being a werewolf!!
Hanging out at her sister-in-laws bar she eyes Jensen yum yum!!! She somehow manages a ride home from him, directs him to a secluded area and rides him right in his...more

This is the fourth book to the Young brother series. I kept putting this book off because of the low rating, but I really enjoyed the story. I loved Jensen, he fell in love in high school and the passing of his love left him empty until he seen Elizabeth in a bar and gave her a ride home, the passion that they found this night could not keep them apart long. Elizabeth is great she comes with a past and mate she has not seen in years, that she is in need to get rid of.. I love the scene it take p...more

With a title like this, I have to be honest, I didn't expect too much from this book. I was pleasantly surprised to find I enjoyed it very much, and cared about the characters much more than I thought I would.
It's not a heavy or meaningful book by any stretch of the imagination, but a fun read nonetheless!

Elizabeth Young is the sister to the 3 vampire brothers in this series. Elizabeth turns into a werewolf at the moon. She is working on a cure for herself. He starts going into heat when she meets her soul mate Jensen.
This was a good "Young Brothers" ending. I have enjoyed the ride with all 4 siblings and would definitely recommend the whole series to anyone. I will enjoy having all 4 books on my shelf to enjoy reading again sometime in the future.

I have had this one for ages. Got 3/4 of the way through it and was so bored with the predictability of the plot that I put it aside for about 4 months. Now that I'm finally done, I can say it was OK. not great by any stretch, but not terrible.

I did not read the first 3 books in this series about her brothers but I intend to now. I highly enjoyed this book. I thought it was wonderful and read it cover to cover in one day.
Another silly, easy, sexy fun book from Kathy Love. Enjoyable and I read it in one sitting. Just what I needed at the time!
For romance novels, this series was a good read. The characters are all engaging, and made me want to read the whole series
I wish I started at the beginning of the series. Now, I'm on a hunt to find the others.
Definitely not my favorite Kathy Love book...... and I love her books. Not bad, but not great by any means.
Book 4 in the Young Brothers series [well 3 brothers and now a sister...:] and is actually named My Sister is a Werewolf.
Although enjoyable, it wasn't particularly riveting - I kept wandering off to read other books while I was reading this one.
Order is not extremely important in this series.
Young Brothers
1. Fangs for the Memories (2005)
2. Fangs But No Fangs (2006)
3. I Only Have Fangs for You (2006)
4. My Sister Is a Werewolf (2007)

This is the fourth book in the Young Brothers series. It was the story of their youngest sister. They thought that she was deceased but she had been revived by a pack of werewolves. She was then turned into a werewolf. As she is reunited with her brothers, she mets a vet named Jansen that she falls in love with and instantly feels bonded. However, she already has a pack mate and he is on the insane side. He is coming after her and wants her back even though he has been kicked out by the pack...more

My Sister is a Werewolf (The Young Brothers, Book 4) by Kathy Love (2007)
This book did not live up to my expectation. I was just not that interested in Elizabeth.
Sappy, sort of sexy tale of a woman werewolf that has doubts about falling in love with a human. I didn't read the books before this, so I definitely felt I was coming into the tale mid-way. I don't think I'll read the previous books, either. Just didn't grab me.
