Lovely photographs of extant gowns accompanied by brief descriptions and a history of wedding dresses. I love that white was not always the preferred color, as it would definitely not be mine, should I ever marry! Also wonderful was the photographs included of the bride actually wearing her dress. A few even had multiple pictures, as the dress was handed down through more than one generation.
