Enjoyed the book and loved the ideas contained. I give it 3 1/2 stars out of 5 simply because I think it relates more to 20 or 30 somethings, and I'm now in that (dreaded by some) 40 something category.

At any rate, the book is a great pick me up when you need one right after a breakup and if you have the type of friends who will help you with some of these "days" - then you have got the start to a good way of getting over that asshole!
