Action-adventure set in the Middle Ages. Tormod has returned home after the death of Alexander, the Knight's Templar to whom he'd been apprenticed. This book is pretty good, but it seems a little...dreamy. I didn't really feel the excitment and the horror of the dreams. It felt so flat. The plot was good, though. I think that people shouldn't really read it, unless the person is the one that likes slightly-boring, flat books. Yawn! So, don't try to read it and have high standards. Enjoy, hopefully!

4 1/2 stars - there needs to be another book in this series. I will not be happy if this is the end of it. Too many unresolved threads and questions.
