I used to dislike Get Fuzzy because I do feel that Bucky is doing his best to give cats a bad name, but I got over that bothering me enough to stop me from reading it long about the time I actually adopted cats of my own--not that Tab and Kit or Merlin are/were like Bucky, but still...

Right off the bat I have to say is that more often than not I went: What the...? My recommendation is to read, nonstop, through two of his treasuries. Then you'll get it. Once you do Conley is a genius at showing how different personalities get along and how poignant his messages are. These books are very funny and just fun to show the crazy and messed up ones to your friends.

Although this comic strip lost some of it's original bite by the time this book came out, it's still one of the best ones ever. These are great books to keep on hand in the bathroom. You know, for an extended visit.
