Shelves: science-fiction
The second story in the series follows Joel, another sentient being, who is fed up with humans' exploitation of them. Stirrings are occuring amongst some of the sentients; should they remain slaves, or is freedom possible? I have to say, I loved the overall idea of the series.

Well written and nicely set up for the third part.
