BLOODLINES had me on the edge of my seat! This novel is one I envisioned as a movie as I flipped through the pages, anxious to find out what would happen next. This book annoyed me, I held on for about halfway before I gave up. The storyline was decent, but the characters were corny and shallow. I wanted to get to know them better but they didnt develop enough.

My main annoyance was the overuse of religious references ("Lord", "Jesus," etc) which I felt were forced and out of place for this particular story.
