I read this 28 years ago and often refer to it. This is an essential book for the professional who makes his/her living by spekaing to the public. The lessons are still applicabble today.
This book has given me so much confidence and insight knowledge that i can deliver any speech without fear.
one star because it has only classic info and classic ways with nothing new
He's just telling the same things almost all the book, a bit boring
