not just for women! proof being this excerpt:
"Overloading estrogen increases belly size, inhibits human sperm production and suspected of causing breast cancer and increasing the risk of testicular cancer in men."
"Also, malformation of the genitals, estrogen chemical residues in mothers and thereby smaller penis size in their male children".
***Personal Note*** This alone should make this diet take off, at least among men!...more

Reading this book at the same time as the author's other book, the Warrior Diet, and I have found that most of the information is shared. Read one or the other, you don't need to read book.
The book focuses on three stages, Liver Detox to High Fat to reintroduction. He includes recipes in the book, but lacks recipes for the first stage, which is the vaguest stage. Could have used more recipes.

The book is not organized well, but it's a fast easy read and the diet looks doable.
Excellent guide to naturally detoxing your liver, kidneys and digestive tract from hormones and pesticides, thus giving you a new start to eating healthy. Great organic food plans!
VERY good information.
