I had the honor of knowing Zellie Blake, she was one of my dear friends from college. We attended Longwood University together. I was one of her Beta readers so I had read this novel long before she had it published and saw many revisions of it.

This is a fabulous book. Blake creates scenarios that while obviously fiction are still plausible, characters you care about, and best of all realistic relationships. When you're in these character's minds, following from their point of view, their actions make sense. Analee's conflict between GAMA and the Resistance is believable. One side helped her, healed her, while the other as far as she knew was trying to destroy that. How much it blows her away when she learns what's going on? I'd be to!...more
