One of the first cookbooks I started to use and prob the best. The recipes have a basic concept: use a few good ingredients and use a lot of them. The cheesecake and rugula recipes are amazing and worth the buy alone.

A fun book to read through, with delicious-sounding recipes. I can only vouch for the two that I tried and both were wonderful. My only complaint is the lack of pictures. When books are about something as sensuous as food, food should be shown in all its vibrant, colorful glory.
