This book is written by various staff members of a church that has been successful in creating a multicultural atmosphere. Using intentional measures to acomplish this as well as the benifits are discussed. As different staff members share they give an idea of what having a multicultural ministry means in various contexts.
definitely one to add to my library in the near future!
