Recommends it for: everyone
Highly recommend this. Lots of great advice. Has had a big impact on my assertiveness and level of self-confidence already.
James Cameron
I recommend this book to anybody who's ever felt an urge to speak up but

Buying a book on assertiveness is one thing, using it to actually change your behavior, say in the work place, or with domineering relatives is quite another. this book actually gives you the ammunition you need to step up to the plate and let workers or relatives know that you're on equal footing with them. Some people dont want to take that step, and if so, it's their business. If you want to take
James Cameron
The author does a very credible job of tackling a assertiveness . I found myself reading chapters that initially thought I wouldn't be interested in. I would recommend this book for anyone who is contemplating “being heard “at work.
I'm currently half way through this book.
