Great advice for buying off the shelf organic body products. Interesting recipes that anyone can put together with items from the local pharmacy/health store.
Three stars as the book was lacking in the basics, no shampoo or conditioner recipes. These are staples that i don't think anyone could switch over without.

I was so looking forward to this book but was disapointed. It is recipies to make products at home.How to make beauty products from "Things found in your kitchen."I dont have things such as rhassoul clay,xanthan gum, emulsifier in my kitchen.There were a some things that I will use from the book. Back to the internet for new homemade recipes!
