This was a good book. I can do the workouts with my three daughters who love ballet and it is good to mix up the workouts.

Before college, I loved this book. After, I realized how basic the exercises are. Good, but now that I know stuff I could figure this out on my own. Helpful for beginner-intermediate dancers or those who have never danced but want to look like they have.

Great for flexibility, but you won't sculpt muscles without weight training.
