Not gospel, but excellent information about body-mind connections in ways that truly get down to the 'how' and 'why' and 'what to do now'. Excellent. You don't have to read the whole thing, either--the set up of the book allows reading by condition or complaint. I do recommend reading it more thoroughly if you can. Lots of good information for you to then decide what to do with. A little preachy, but less so than most mind-body books out there. This is a classic.
An absolute must read. Common sense. It makes one realize how blatantly ignorant society has become, especially regarding health, both physical and mental. Every doctor should prescribe this book before prescribing a pill.
I love Caroline Myss. This book is not overtly different from others except she cowrote it with Dr Shealy. Recommend.

This is an incredibly insightful book and an unconventional look at how our emotions affect our health.
