I read this book on a plane ride to Arizona, and find myself browsing its pages even after having finished. The design of the book is adorable, with old fashioned-looking pages and a text-book format. It feels like it'd be a book that Harry Potter would take to Hogwarts, but this book is not fiction. It's a good resource whether or not you believe in the occult.

The only drawback to this book is that font is really small!

the book was very thorough. it covered all areas of defense against the intentional and non-intentional. Definitely recommend this book especially if you are into the arts or are an empath
