Very insightful description of the unique reasons those in ministry are vulnerable to burnout. I would recommend the first 3 chapters very highly, but those after that showed Sanford's Jungian worldview more than his Christian perspective.
Sanford explores nine reasons why people in ministry tend to burn out. While he presents some good points, his use of Jung and Freud's psychological ideas makes the book a little bit of a strange read.
