Good book if you want to lose weight without giving up carbs, especially if you are on anti depressants. If you don't weight to lose and just want to have better moods then don't bother.

You can understand why you gain weight in the winter. I always call it the squirrel urge, you know winter is coming we must fatten up. She tells how to avoid.
