This series has really grown on me. I was luke-warm to begin with, but over the series have really enjoyed the stories and am even a little disappointed that I have to wait now for the last couple of books to be written. They are a great way to introduce Mythology to people. I personally enjoy the accuracy and writting of Rick Riordan more, but for those who are not quite up to that level, this is a great spring-board. The main characters are teenagers, and as such, their, like, vocabulary, like...more

Another terrific Pandora book. What makes this series so great is that it's just plain entertaining for kids, while at the same time making grown-ups happy that kids are reading such smart books. Underneath the banter and lighthearted adventure is a serious story about responsibility, love and bravery. When you add in the history, mythology and...more
Pandora Gets Angry is a good book. Alike to the last few series Carolyn Hennesy wrote, it’s about Pandora going on a journey to get back one of the evils. This time Pandora needs to get back the evil, rage. What’s different about this time is that Alcie, one of Pandora’s friend gets trap in the underworld, but Alcie usually goes with Pandora to get the evils. This book has to do with Greek gods.

Fifth in the series and just as good as the prior four novels. Love that, as Pandora travels to different parts of the world, we learn about folklore in those countries. New characters and old merge together to make for exciting story! Even though this is a YA book, adults enjoy it too! Just released this month and I already cannot wait for the next in the series!!

Honestly, I'm a little surprised I'm still reading this series when my mom has already provided me with better stuff to read--but I just wanna find out what happens, and then I can rest in peace. =P
