Although written by two lawyers who practice aggressive negotiation techniques this book is structured around vital questions and cases when each apply, making the learning process easier. Nothing really new, yet the life experiences are really helpful.
This book is basically a list of questions that can help you out in a negotiation situation in an american style business environment.

I gave 3 starts because I found it far too boring to read from start to end, I guess it is better to pick it up from time to time and spend few minutes to read a chapter.
Incredibly interesting, like having a magician explain their tricks to you.
One of the best books I've read all year! Clear and to the point, just the way I like it.
