Wasn't for me...
It wont teach you how to be funny or anything...
It is mostly consists of exercises and practices for improvising and on-stage acting and building a sketch character.

The book is about improv mostly. The whole comedy thing can be summarized in advice "And by the way, when you're doing improv try to be funny"
Tons of improv exercises might be useful for those who try to organize improv group. But that's it.
