Indispensable if you suffer from RLS. If you don't...please understand, this disease is possibly more common than diabetes, and it is not all in our heads...well, actually it is, but in a neurological sense rather than psychological. I've had mild restless leg syndrome (RLS) since my fifth month of pregnancy. I knew some people needed medication, but I didn't know that some people were driven to suicide! Yoakum has had personal dealings with this frustrating disorder. He talks about the treatments available and the biological basis behind RLS without using too much medical jargon.
