I never knew there could be so many recipes for rhubarb! We have tried the rice pudding, pinwheels, custard cookie bars and a strawberry-rhubarb tart -- all are delicious. There are many unique recipes such as rhubarb catsup, pickles and zucchini-rhubarb pie. There's something for everyone who likes rhubarb.
