This is a unique and wonderful story that had me on the edge of my seat and turning page after page. The MC, Nate and some of the other characters suffer badly and it really pulls at the heart strings. Gosh, it's hard not to cry when you know that these things go on in the real world too. Tim Greaton is a fantastic writer and I loved what he did with the spiritual side of the story. It read real to me and I felt connected to the story and characters, even the mean ones.

I didn't guess the ending,...more

I was fortunate to be a first reader on this book when Tim was working on it. He asked for my input - what did I like, what didn't work ... etc. So perhaps you're already ahead of me and know the dilemma: reading a draft and knowing you're in the presence of a great read and here the author is asking for criticism to help him improve it. So I'm looking with my editor's eye, the one I used to use when I was an editor for the ezine Deep Magic, and I'm thinking 'if only all submissions had been thi...more

I found this story fascinating and refreshing. The smooth, easy-to-understand writing made the characters in Under-Heaven and on Earth seem absolutely real. I also enjoyed the settings. Most of all, however, I think it was the plot that absolutely shined for me. From the very beginning, I was drawn into and riveted by this story. I followed every twist and turn with relish. And to say I loved the ending would be an understatement. I encourage everyone to read this book.

This book was amazing, from the very beginning I was hooked. I was busy during the time reading thi book so each time I read some and had to do some work I had more and more of a addiction, bringing me back to the book tell I HAD to finish it. I recommended this book to my friends and any other readers who enjoy A well fit story.
I could not put this book down until I finished it! I realized early on that Nate was one of most unforgetable characters I'd ever encountered. The author had me hooked from the start with the unique and totally unexpected twists and turns Nate's life took. The transition period after his death had me spellbound, totally unable to put the book down. Tim Greaton is an amazing author who has the ability to weave you into the fabric of the story without your being aware it's happening. I guarantee...more
