As I love practical guides, I found this book very useful. It explains many components of ADHD that I wasn't aware of and it gives tips to help cope with them. A lot of them seem like they will be able to work, so I will keep them in mind for the future. Reading this book feels like the equivilent of going to a pretty good seminar.
