When I was 13-years-old, I borrowed this book from the public library in Derby, CT. I then ignored returning it for about 4 years, finally sucking it up and prepared to pay whatever fines I had incurred. Fortuitously enough, the very weekend I returned the book was "Bring Your Book Back with No Late Fines" Day, thus saving me many, many dollars.

Chuck Jones was the genius behind umpteen-million Warner Bros. (and, for a time, MGM) cartoons that you, I and everybody grew up on and probably know by heart! He has an immediate rapport with his audience and warm writing style and the stories of behind the scenes at the old "Termite Terrace" are both hilarious and insightful. I highly recommend this book.

Hilarious book which I've read many times. Insight into the mind of Chuck Jones as well as behind the scenes antics at Warner Bros. during they're heyday creating Bugs Bunny cartoons. Be sure to read about his amazing cat who loved grapefruit.

This book has great illustrations (obviously) but there are pictures of guys dancing around the Warner Bros. studios (in their suits) as preparation for how to get Bugs Bunny to dance. Very interesting.

A wonderful tribute to animation of the 50s and a fun book for fans of old Hollywood. I didn't stop smiling until I was done.
