this book is a shut the door "please don't try and talk to me", total page turner. Once you start reading you can't put it down. I also like that Lynda drops some factual characters in the mix.

Read in October, 2003
This must be one of La Plante's absolute best books! Merely the thought that twins could maybe find each other because they unconsciously affect each other's behaviours, fascinates me.

recommends it for:
freaky twin mystery fans.
this one ties in a lot of different themes: the holocaust, a circus, little people, drugs, and of course, murder. not a realistic mystery but entertaining.

I read this book when I was pregnant with my twins - I don't think I slept for days after finishing it. Gruesome but gripping!
