Professor Dale Hutchison BCom LLB (University of Cape Town) PhD (University of Cambridge) is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and Head of the Internal Research Unit at the law firm Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs Inc. He is also a Professor in the Department of Private Law at the University of Cape Town, where he teaches general principles of contract and the law of cession.
