This cookbook has a little bit of everything from simple family potluck recipes to recipes from a Food Network star's signature restaurant. Included are 1950's cocktail party hits like Baked Alaska and Osso Buco. That being said, it's California Osso Buco with Kumquat sauce, not my Italian grandmother's Osso Buco. The recipes in this cookbook looked so yummy. Ok, one of the main reasons that I read this book was, I'll admit it Tyler Florence is a real cutie. His recipes are really good. I have tried one it was very good.

there were some very good items in there for baking cooking and what not but .... much of what was in there i would NEVER make even if i was starving. don't know how i feel about this
