I really liked this book! I've read some other "Girls of Many Lands" but this was the most recent one I've read. It's really cool some of the stuff she does in here. And I love certain parts in it! (But I can't tell you what those parts were without telling you the story! :P)

This was one of my favorite books in the Girls of many Lands series. I liked the story and the main character is really cool. If you like this one then you should read Isobel next. Its my favorite.

I read this book recently and liked it a lot. I thought it was a more sophisticated read than the typical American Girl book. Too bad this Girls of Many Lands series was discontinued.

recommends it for:
Someone who likes to read about Chinese girls who endure much hardship, but stick with themselves.
This book was pretty cool. Spring Pearl was really inspirational and independent, not caring about what others thought about her that much.
