The action takes place in Hong Kong, in a seedy district called Hong Bay. There really is no plot or story--just a series of disconnected incidents, some serious, some absolutely hilarious. Even the serious ones have their comic aspects. Some laugh-out-loud scenes. Light reading but very entertaining.
