Surely this "Ideaship" would be more effective if initiate and provocate by the 'decision makers level' at the office. I don't mean that employee cannot express themselves freely, but in reality, for most cases - at certain points - being employee often restricted by the office rules.
Nevertheless, if you get stuck and need some other enlightment, this book will help a bit:)

This is a simple but useful book. Lead by fostering ideas. In yourself and among co-workers. I read it at a time when I was in a hierarchical workplace where only certain employees were allowed to have the ideas, so I didn't get to try much out with my colleagues, but it kept my creative spirit encouraged :-)
