Read in September, 2008
Very thorough in breadth of topics, but not very in-depth (for instance, it doesn't tell you how to implement any of the many different therapies, it just gives you an overview of the 30+ techniques/interventions available). It is a great resource as a starting point and gives many many references of books, websites and addresses to turn to for more info.
