In the Christian Standard (March 15, 2009), Dr. LeRoy Lawson writes, “I smiled all the way through Dean Summers’s book of sermons. This is a fine book of sermons delivered by the author at the Japanese Presbyterian Church in Seattle where he is an Elder and a member of that congregation’s preaching team.

I found the twelve sermons in the book to be creative and stimulating, and I wish they could be read more widely.
