This was an awesome book for kids. I would have loved this (more than I did) at 8-10 years of age. This is a story of a young girl Cam (for her photographic memory...The Camera) and her friend Eric go around town and solve different mysteries...one per book...this is apparently #14. I really enjoyed it.

Cam Jansen is a girl with a photographic memory. Cam loves to solve mysteries. She and Eric, her friend, are selling rice cakes and chocolate fudge for their school when they stumble across a mystery. Cam thinks that she sees a man in a house that should be empty. They read about a man who robbed a bank, and wonder if this is the same man. Will Cam and Eric catch the thief?

This book is about Cam again, I love to read Cam Jansen's book because it is mystery and the let the readers guess what will happen next time, in this book, they are mainly about how Cam is figure out what related to a bag of chocolates when she just hid and while she was playing hide-and-seek....
So that, this series of book helped us to use our brain and guess what would be happen next..

They were selling chocolate and this lady walked by in a rain coat, a blue hat and sneakers and holding a black suitcase. Then she went into this house and then a man came out and threw out the garbage onto his porch. Cam followed the woman to the store and they were chasing her around and around the corner they found a yellow coat, blue hat and sneakers and a brown wig.
I read this book in no time. This is a cute book for young readers who love mysteries. I wish I read this when I was younger because I always loved a good mystery.
cami!!!!!!!!!!!!!i think that this book is going to be great and im going to like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really like Cam Jansen! She's a funny, very likeable character as she goes around snapping pictures with her mind.
These are cute books! They're also nice and short--perfect for those rainy days when you're bored! ;)
"You should do good deeds to other people, then good deeds will come to you."
I loved this book. It's my favorite Cam Jansen out of all of them.
Good book. I think children would enjoy it.
SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SKO
Another in the series, great for young readers moving into chapter books.
AR = 80%
Another cute Cam Jansen, this one meant for a slightly older audience. I do worry about how trusting the adults are of her suspiciousness, though. I mean, a couple of clues and the guy next door HAS to be bad! But it was still a fun story. What child would not want to be the hero and stop the bad?
This is a fun mystery to read with children. The Cam Jansen books are among our girls' favorite books - they just love her photographic memory and pretend they have it too.
These books are for littler kids. But when I was little, I liked them.
Jessi loved this one because it was "really mysterious" (her words).
