My 10 year old son and I read this together. We laughed at henry and his encounters with Ramona. I loved Henry's determination in getting the paper route. My son loved it so much, we're reading another Henry book.

I'd have to say I don't enjoy it as much when Beverly Cleary writes boys--it doesn't seem quite as clear as when it's got a girl main character--but this was still a great book for kids to read.

This book made me laugh out loud, not a good thing in the middle of a quiet church meeting. (Shhh, don't tell anyone I was reading during church.)

I didn't think the Henry books were nearly as entertaining as the Ramona books. Henry's "adventures" were kind of boring.

To be honest, I don't think Henry Huggins has held up nearly as well as the sisters Quimby upon re-reading.

The man who gets my Henry Huggins references is the man I'm going to marry.

This one's OK. I didn't like it as much as the other books by Cleary.
