Fantastic ! The recipes are not the traditional Jewish ones or, better said, you can find hamentaschen or strudels as well as indonesian tofu (fabulous, with teriyaki sauce involved), olive baguette or beignets with chocolate-bourbon sauce in this marvelous cookbook.
The Jewish recipes are not restrained to Ashkenazi ones (great Moroccan recipes, baklava, almond horns...).
The recipes are indicated as dairy, meat or parve (non-dairy, non-meat) with nice substitution options if you can't used dair
