My (Dutch) husband loves to barbecue, so a couple of years ago I bought him this book for his birthday. I think I use it more than he does because it offers a lot more than tips for barbecuing. In addition to the recipes for various marinades and rubs, there are also recipes for side dishes, desserts, and drinks. Our particular favorites are the pulled pork, the grilled shrimp, grilled potato salad, and the corn bread. Now, not being from the South myself, I was looking all over for a good easy ...more
