Self-published novels often get looked down upon by the “why couldn’t they get published by a real publisher” brigade, but every now and then, you get a little gem that sparkles and stands out from the rubble, refusing to be tarred with that brush. This is one of them.
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this novel was to read. Although it chronicles Madison’s sexploits, explicit detail doesn’t usually play much of a part in the proceedings, which is a welcome relief, given the amoun More...

I got She Tells All from the author more than a month ago to review..I wish I had gotten to it sooner!
"Sometimes to get to heaven you need to go through hell."
Madison is a mess. Although she's really smart and talented, her life is a mess.
For as long as she can remember, Madison has been sleeping around (ALWAYS with the wrong guys) and doing everything possible to fuck up her life. She Tells All is the story of one woman, a compilation More...

"The doctors always said I was bipolar, but I just assumed that meant I was capable of stripping on more than one pole." And so begins 'She Tells All' by Judah Lee Davis. The main character, Madison Miller, describes her journey from childhood to adulthood, although in quite the atypical way. The story jumps around and dashes back and forth, reminiscent of a bi-polar stripping scenario. Madison takes us through her life, flashing back to her childhood and various moments that changed t

She Tells All is absolutely hilarious. It was like having my closest, dirtiest, and morally misguided girlfriend tell me about all of her naughty little endeavors. I don’t know about you, but that sounds pretty damn intriguing to me. I laughed throughout the entire story. My favorite part was when the main character, Madison – a slightly chubby, very drunk, easily influenced young lady – entered a wet t-shirt contest at the request of her friends, who hoped to win $300 off her triple D breasts.

Review up later.
My thoughts after reading the very first sentence, "I am not going to like this book". How very very wrong i was. I enjoyed Judah's story about Madison so much that I found myself laughing out loud and crying too. Normally I do not like vulgar language but i decided that I was going to read with an open mind. And I am so glad I did, because if I didn't, I would be missing out on a great book.
We start of the with Madison and her friend Lizzie, whose husban More...

I'm giving my book five stars because it is exactly the kind of book that I've always wished I could find in the airport, but simply cannot.
Everything is either to in-depth for airplane reading, or shallow, stupid and just plain boring. Whether it be a trashy, predictable romance about throbbing manhood, or something so intellectual I needed a dictionary to read it, I've simply had no luck.
Having a family of four, a full-time job, and a three hour commute, I rarely have More...

It has been a while since a book has surprised me. I knew going into SHE TELLS ALL that I would laugh, but I never expected to cry. And that's a good thing.
Judah Lee Davis presents a tale of redemption for a young Alabama woman named Madison. The chick-lit style is perfect for the humorous and gritty realism of life for a girl who loses her mother, her innocence, and her faith at an early age. Madison's self-deprecating narration of lustful tales lightens what is actually a weighty l More...

Madison's life is just a series of failures! She's 29, soon to be 30 and a single mother to a three year old, but her life is a total mess! All she does is constantly changing partners (wonder if she ever heard of AIDS??) and seems she's always attracted to the wrong ones, guys that will just use her and dump her.
Madison is probably the craziest book character I've read about ever! What you're about to read in this book are not just her confessions and mistakes (and boy, she makes m More...

Confessions of a one lost soul or almost lost. M. is a young woman who is with free spirit and freely refers to her sexual life. Without hair on her tongue, she talks about everything, and how she has became such a bitch. Tales of a woman retold under the tablecloth of men’s bed.
Madison is absolutely sex Goddess; she is hot, sexy, rebellious women. She really tells us all naughty behaviours. It looks like she is born to be wild and rebellious. She is a hilarious heroine. She tells what More...

Madison Miller is your typical bad girl and she's living her life to the fullest. She knows that she isn't the "good girl" that her church-going mother always hoped that she would be, but she just can't help herself. As soon as she starts trying to be good she finds herself hopping in bed with an unsuitable man, trying a new drug, or inviting homeless men to live with her while her dad's away.
Just as Madison starts to come to the conclusion that she couldn't be good if she More...
