Well, I liked the cover. Actually the cover I purchased. I liked the storyline. I could not get into the writing and had to stop pretty early on which always pains me. I often wonder if things would change and if nothing else, where the writer was going to take the story. But I've learned that life is too short and there are just too many books waiting to be read. I just don't have the time to muddle through one that is poorly written. This was the first book I've read by this authors so it may...more
I gave this book a two star rating due to its cheese factor and the great overuse of the word admonished. Having said that tho, I picked this book up off the shelf knowing that it would be like empty calories for my brain and it served its purpose today.
