The introduction to The Kundalini Yoga Experience says: “Do the best you can.“ This is advice I did not heed when younger, particularly when it came to yoga. Why not just do the best, full-stop? I read a little - put it down and find practical application. Then I pick it up again and want to start all over from the beginning. IT's hard to get through the book because I want to absorb everything it has to offer.

I thought there would be more of the philosophy of Kundalini yoga behand this book. However, it was more practical information, such as yoga poses, etc.

This informed me on my recent pratice. Kundalini is to be experienced, not learned. This book expanded my knowledge, especially numerology and chakras.

This book has a nice balance of read now pages and mark for later pages, each easy to distinguish. As a newb to Kundalini this book was immediately useful and also worth keeping next to my yoga mat.
