This book is great. It helps you get through rough times, puts things into perspective, gives you activities to do to help the chapter sink in. This author sure helps out a youthful audience!

Recommends it for: middle school
Shelves: nonfiction
For the middle school or junior high girl who is going through the heartbreak of a relationship that has ended. Guidance is provided in the form of information in black and red print, followed by activities and a song of the day. Some stages mentioned are anger management, pity party, depression and acceptance. The tone is upbeat and helps girls learn more about what they want in a guy before he becomes a dork.

I loved this book. I think it should be in the hands of every dumped girl whether she is a teen or not. I liked that the author included a song at the end of each day as the song to help get over the boy. (I didn't not like the song by Ben Folds....it was vile!!!!) I recommend this book to EVERY girl who wants to get over a boy.

This book is hilarious. Im not going to say that it works for everyone but it worked for me! It was funny and deffinetly worth reading. I deffinetly recommend it to all girls trying to get over some stupid guy. Listen to the songs, do the activities, laugh out load and forget that dork! =)

It goes over the 5 stages of loss, adds humor and activities to help process the past and move into a new space. IT is writen for girls and i didn't have the one for boys. I enjoyed it. It has invited me to actively process my past relationship/s. I have a lot of work todo.
