This was a wedding gift from my family, and it is awesome. The recipes are fairly simple, with an emphasis on quality ingredients. Some of the ingredients are a little more exotic (oysters, clams, truffles, lobster, sea urchins, quail, duck, rabbit) than what I buy and I may never try them, but I guess it is nice to have the recipes in case I feel adventurous. I have tried his Bruschetta, Lemon Pasta--incredible, and very easy to make, Pepper Tuna, Grilled Eggplant, Eggplant with Parmesan--anoth ...more
I'm flipping through it at home. It's a refreshing looking cook book but with familiar classics. Haven't tried a recipe yet.
