I enjoyed this, and easily got caught up in the emotionally aspect of the story. It's a 'Christian" book, and therefore has standards that some might consider tame, but I actually prefer my characters to close the bedroom door when they're getting down and dirty, so that for me was a bonus.

Lots of emotions, soul searching and hard decisions to be made by the main characters. A good way to lose a few hours.

Years ago, a friend of mine lost her husband early in their marriage, leaving her with three children to raise alone. I found myself wondering what I would do if I lost my beloved husband, had no money, no real support from friends and family, and wanted to start fresh to provide a life for my son. This touching story is the result. Enjoy! Leigh Bale
Not quite a three but better than a two. A widow and her son head to a small town to start over in her grandmother's old house. When hit by a truck in a blizzard the local vet is the only Dr. in town. He is also her new neighbor.

This book was excellent when I read it years ago and it is still a really good book.
