As a researcher on social/environmental enterprises, I was quite disappointed in this book. While the book describes some very interesting trends in the global society, it also has its flaws. It claims to address how companies can provide social good, but fails to define what that actually is, and to address the legitimacy of companies as providers. I found the anecdotes to be far to elaborate, the book really could have been summed up in a few sentences. I also think that the author addressed t ...more
