This was a school book for me. So I didn't have to read the entire book. What I did read was very informative, and the part that I appreciated the most were the checklists and the exercises after every chapter. The exercises brought a more creative aspect to this book, a few of the exercises were to watch movies so I thought that was pretty cool. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in writing for animation. It's a pretty well-rounded book. Some chapters are more in depth than ...more

This is the best informative book available for anyone who is looking forward to get their hands on animation writing, be it students are professionals. This book is a perfect guide. Jean is an excellent teacher.
