Stephanie
I love books about books, and what makes this one stand out is that it had many titles that I did not recognize. So many of these types of books have the same novels and non-fiction reads OVER and OVER, but this one was different. I will be buying this one to keep on the shelf.

The author is a book critic, or so I assume and wrote about a number of books that one should read. Covers every imaginable topic and covers dozens of authors in different genres. So it is sort of like Goodreads, only stuck in a particular time. I did get some good suggestions from this book, but there are some suggestions that didn't interest me, so I skipped them. These would be the suggestions on cookbooks and some others like it.

Great tipps, but a lot of uninteresting categories. Now I just need the time to get my hands and all those and read em
Christine
Even though slightly dated, this book provided some really good suggestions!
