vie y a été retirée: végétaux, mobilier urbain, piétons, voitures. Tous les immeubles ont été bouchès par des plaques de
béton jusqu'au deuxième étage. La série d'image défile sans ordre précis directement de l'ordinateur via un logiciel de
projection.

Moulin's photographs in this monograph are, as the description states, a Paris without any sign of life. The weird thing is, when I started reading this I didn't know anything about it-- I had seen some images from another of Moulin's series, and got this from I-L-L because it's the only book he has available. I began reading it and was suddenly overcome with some sort of anxiety. It was at least 15 images before I realized that I was not looking at empty architectural photos, that something was...more
