I loved this one so much that I bought it. The layout and design are excellent, and the recipes are even better. They are reasonably healthy, easy, and delicious (best porkchops I've ever made!) Highly recommended--this one will be a classic of southern cooking.

I thought this cookbook was great. It was broken down by main ingredient instead of course, which was a nice touch.
